Refund policy

Since we switched to the new DIY kit, all parts are fulfilled by Amazon.com. Please refer to Amazon's return policy.

 

For customers who purchased the previous version of our system on our website:

If for whatever reason you don’t like VR WIRE II Endgame, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We are so confident that you will like it, that we will even cover the return shipping and email you a pre-paid shipping label (for international orders, please see the note below). 

If you would like to make a return, please e-mail us at support@vr-wire.com for your pre-paid shipping label. Once we receive the return, your refund will be processed the same day. 

Remember, if any part breaks or stops working after 30 days, you are still eligible for a replacement under our 1 year warranty.

International returns: For international customers, a customer-paid shipping label is required as we cannot create prepaid return labels originating internationally. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us for our return address.
