FAQs:
1) The guide wires are too long, can I trim them?
Yes! The guide wires can be trimmed with a good pair of wire cutters.

2) What do you recommend for concrete ceiling?

We don’t recommend trying to drill into the concrete to install the pins. After testing this out, it didn’t work very well compared to another option bellow.

For stone/concrete ceilings, we were recently recommended this (tesa self-adhesive hooks) as a good solution by one of our customers. We finally had a chance to test it ourselves and it works pretty well. Plus it's non-destructive.

These concrete wall nails also work well, but we don’t recommend hammering them in all the way, as they would be difficult to remove and might chip the concrete. Just a few light taps with the hammer is all you need.
